this weekend, i gardened from the moment i woke up until night fell. every cutting that rooted was planted, as was my kitchen garden that the chickens promptly ate to the stalks.again.
i rearranged some areas and some areas rearranged me. ten bags of leaves were spread for mulch in the garden.
oh, and we introduced the chicks to the coop. they look like miniature chickens even though they are still tiny. the black ones have feathers on their feet and they seem to be loving wide open spaces.
