this weekend, we had a two-day garage sale to ready the old barn-esque garage for a little barn chic 'do. over the next few weekends, i will be painting the interior so we can utilize the space a little bit better while expanding living+creating space.
there is something amazingly invigorating about sweeping the house (and garage) clean, the letting go and the not keeping. every inch of the garage was organized. there were boxes of garage stuff that had been moved from the old garage to this one without being opened, so this ordering was extremely needed and proved to be the perfect way to start the workweek.
