panna cotta
ina garten can do no wrong in my eyes. she is adorable and her barefoot contessa kitchen is simply kickass. she inspires me to fall in love with cooking all over again. ina makes me want to wash dishes. okay, i said it.
yesterday, i had been working on a type project all day and decided to take a quick break and make ina's recipe for panna cotta. i substituted blackberries and blueberries for the strawberries.
it is insane in the membrane and proves to be the perfect salve for a head that hurts from moving type around. yet, again.

Do I ever agree with you! Many of the things I make come from Ina. Always, always excellent!
Have you ever tried her shrimp salad with cukes, peppers, orzo and feta? It's become a staple at our house.
YUM
Gonna try it.
