zydeco blanco

zydeco blanco

it really was da bayou last night.

brokedown chair

we loved watching this man deal with his browndown chaise. he set it up and the bottom part broke, he sat in the middle and that broke, too...but at least, the back still worked and he did have his vino waiting for him, so it was all good.

darling

one of the many things that i love about san marcos is that dogs are such a huge cultural part of living here. they are welcome at the coffeehouses, the concerts and every lap deemed worthy for a snuggle. that is such a wonderful thing and says a lot about this little laidback town. my dear friend jim used to call me a san martian and, you know, that boy was on to something.

zydeco blanco

zydeco blanco was fantastic and i can't wait to see them again.

Looks like fun. I love that a dog was there.

We were enjoying outdoors music last night too, but ours had a bit less spice. We heard a program of Rachmaninoff.

HI Dawn..I just found you blog and it is fabulous. You are an awesome inspiration to live life to its fullest. Congrats on your new home. It looks wonderful. The pink can you have in your pantry, I have one that was my grandmothers! Your aprons are to die for. I look forward to seeing what else you will add to your boutique.
Much fun,
Sue

Hahaha, I was going to say "let the good times roll" but in English...I don't speak French! :-)

I love that kind of music and can almost hear it now.

I love the dog-thang too! How cool is that!

XOXOXOX

Sounds like a great afternoon!

I love the animal culture, too. There's nothing like a dog or cat greeter when you walk in a store, or coffee house.

Love that guy's attitude! He is determined to have a good time no matter what happens. Sit back and enjoy that wine.
