another hand up

after emptying the dishwasher and reloading, tidying up the kitchen, putting another load of clothes in the washer and folding the one out of the dryer, oh, and cleaning up three pooppiles & two pisspuddles *all before 5:30, mind you*, i finally sat down to my email. one was some spam from dr. lust and one was a congratulations email that my aprons got accepted into stitch in austin! whooohooooo! you are the first to know since everyone else is asleep.

this week was a very good week. the kids love their teachers. no surprise 'oh, mom, i need this tomorrow.' school supply at ten o'clock at night. yes! we stayed on top of it all.

yesterday, i finally finished come back (a must read!) and started water for elephants per fiwa's suggestion. this will probably be the last book i read while i am making things for stitch.

have a safe & fanfreakingtastic weekend. i hope mine involves the emptying out a certain garage. oh, yes, that one. i can't even begin to imagine being able to walk into it again.
