sunday mornings are my only morning to sleep in.
instead of sleeping in, i made a fire of rosewood and had a hatch chili fest of our own. this batch will be made into a green sauce. these beautiful green peppers are in the markets now. i plan to get a case and roast them for the freezer this next week.
