i was on my way to work yesterday and i realized that i am very good at taking care of everyone else, but not very good at taking care of myself. okay, i am super at poking at the wolf at the door, but to stoke a carefire? i did not know how to do that. i realized that i had slowly started to care for myself in the past year. this started out innocently by taking vitamins every morning and every night. vitamins that didn't benefit anyone, except myself.
after finetuning my schedule a bit, i am taking my flaxseed, fish oil and calcium at night and iron, multi, b complex, and c in the morning.
