M to the F to the motherlovin' A

M to the F to the motherlovin' A

for twenty years, i have been wanting to earn my MFA. i knew that one day it would be my turn to get my master's degree and it worked out a little differently than i expected, but maybe putting myself through will be even sweeter. about a month ago, i applied to the graduate program of communication design at my alma mater, texas state university. just this afternoon, i got official word that i got accepted.

i am beyond excited and skeered and extremely happy to embrace yet another change, another foot forward. i hope my three kids will always feel in their hearts and think with their heads that 'yeah, i can do that!'
