chop chop

lucy mae's first chop

the past week has been the proverbial dance of the chicken with her head cut off. i almost stopped my daily blogging, but was too scared that i would regret doing it. so, if i don't ever blog one day, don't send the po-po out to look for me. it just means that life grabbed me by my balls, that's all. i haven't even had time to read other blogs. now, that is just plain sad.

we added another ballet IV class this week, so there goes thursdays. she is the one who sweats and i am the one who stitches and bitches. i had meant to take photos of all of the beanies that i have made this week, but i had to call the poolgirl and unfortunately, she answered. it was an allday affair of spring poolprepping&filtercleaning...so beanies will come tomorrow. (or maybe, tuesday.)

okay, i had to share the photo that i finally took of lucy mae and her first haircut on thursday. she was getting dreads and, oh hell, if i can't list beanies, you know i can't brush those ratnests out. you can really see her miniaturechinesepugmomma in her and must have shaved most of her bichonfrisedaddy off of her. we keep looking at her and say 'where is lucy mae?'
