we just went out to feed the girls and it is cold outside. it looks like it will be the perfect snuggly valentine's day.

I was surprised how cool it is, too, but I'm going to take advantage of this weather by making a southwestern soup in my crock pot and letting it simmer all day. Perfect comfort food for Valentines Day day.

Dawn, I love that photo. It makes me sad tho...my chickens had to be re-homed when he Po-Po came to my door to tell me they are against the village ordinance. I just took them to a wonderful farm yesterday. I'll miss my girls and all those fresh eggs. I'm hoping you post lots of chicken pix to help keep me smiling!
